We are happy to start offering group classes this year. Please feel free to call with any questions you may have. Below are descriptions of each new class for you to read over. Contact us if you are interested and wish to join a class.
AquaFits Water Fitness class is great for those who enjoy being in the water while working a sweat. We do our best to make the class fun and informative. Our main focus is to help minimize pains and increase range of motion, balance as well as strength.
Monthly Classes:
Morning - 9:00AM
Evening - 7:10PM
Length: 50 Minutes
Class Capacity: 3 minimum to 6 maximum

These lessons are great for kids who have prior experience in the water. For example: Have taken swim lessons before, or has spent enough time in the water to be comfortable above and below the water. Group lessons are great for kids with an extroverted personality, enjoy learning on their own, or thrive in group settings.

Ages 8 to 12 yrs - 6:25PM
Length: 30 Minutes
Class Capacity: 3 minimum to 6 maximum
Time: Kids 5 to 7yrs - 10:00AM
Kids 8 to 12yrs - 10:30AM
Length: 30 Minutes
Class Capacity: 3 minimum to 6 maximum
